Walking Technique

Here are some tips to help you walk with good technique:

  1. Make sure to swing your arms when you walk. Arms determine your walking pace.
  2. Keep your arms at 90 degrees to assist you with good arm swing.
  3. Make sure that your hands and fingers are relaxed.
  4. Stand tall with square shoulders.
  5. Walk with a strong heel-toe motion.

By incorporating good technique you will engage your core muslces and increase your speed!
