There are a number of ways to keep your walking group motivated. Please view the list below:
- Once a month meet at a different location. This will allow your walking group to explore new parks, trails, and communities.
- Hold a get together to celebrate your walking group. Go out for coffee or breakfast after your walk.
- Invite a guest speaker to attend one of your meetings or walks. Guest speakers could include local experts on the environment, local history or health.
- Set a group walking goal or keep track of the miles you have walked.
- Share success stories about achieving personal health goals.
