If your workplace does not distribute company newsletters, send out an advertisement as an attachment to an email notification or reminder about your walking program.

Health Screening Form - To ensure the safety of participants, use this Health Screening Form to determine if participants should check with their doctors before they take part in your program. You can either hand it out, or ask participants the 8 yes/no questions. It is quick and effective.
